When it is the season , our strawberries are freshly picked at the local farmer market and carefully made into a ganache and placed into our bon-bon. A rich choice.

We call it Parchita. This is an exotic combination made with the real passion fruit hand picked by our experts elaborated with white chocolate but it can also be combined with dark depending on your choice, we prefer white chocolate since it gives a sweet n sower explosion into your palate.
